My work as a therapist comes directly from my own recovery journey. I earned my MACP and became a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario because I lived the struggle first — and found what actually works.
I use Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) to track your progress every session. My goal is always to get you out of therapy sooner, not keep you longer.
More about my approach →I offer clinical supervision for psychotherapists and graduate students who want to build real skill — not just log hours. The same principles that drive my clinical work drive my supervision: honest feedback, measurable outcomes, and doing the work that actually moves clients forward.
If you’re building a practice around ADHD, addiction, or anxiety — or you want to bring Feedback Informed Treatment and deliberate practice into your work — this is where I can help most.
