As a therapist, my fundamental goal is to help and encourage you to look at the difficult parts of your life that are holding you back, while simultaneously helping you to cultivate the skills to live your life in a manner that is mentally healthy and purpose driven.

My responsibility is to decrease the number of your therapy sessions over time. I use the industry gold standard called “Feedback Informed Treatment” (FIT) to evaluate my therapeutic effectiveness. I also assess your progress towards your desired goals. This ensures my services are effective for you. This approach ensures you spend less time in therapy and more time living your life to the fullest.
